FAQ

Q: iSurpass gateway cannot be connected to WIFI networking.
How to fix network error

A:

  1. Ensure that your cell phone is connected to your wireless router and that 2G, 3G, and 4G networks are disabled.

  2. Double-check that you enter the correct password for your wireless router.

  3. Verify that your router supports the IEEE802.11b/g/n standard and uses WEP, WPA-PSK, or WPA2-PSK authentication modes.

  4. Keep in mind that there is a limit to the number of devices that can connect to a wireless router. If you're experiencing issues, check if you've reached the maximum number of connected devices. You can turn off any unused wireless devices and reconfigure as necessary.

  5. Check the distance between the "iSurpass gateway" and your router. It's recommended to configure the gateway in an area with a strong Wi-Fi signal.
